Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medium-to-large infrastructure modernization and network security initiatives.
- Oversee multiple initiatives concurrently while managing interdependencies.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks through strong analytical skills.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Skills:
- University degree or college diploma in IT, project management, business administration, or related field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT infrastructure and network security.
- At least five (5) years as a Senior Project Management Specialist in complex environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into project objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing infrastructure lifecycle programs and cloud-native technologies.
- PMP and SCRUM Master certifications are preferred.

This is a hybrid role based in Ottawa. Candidates must be able to work onsite 12 days per month (or as required) and meet security clearance requirements.
University degree or college diploma in information technology, project management, business administration or a related field
A minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience in the field of IT infrastructure and network security
A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing medium-to-large infrastructure modernization projects in a complex environment
Strong demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments, especially in identifying and mitigating infrastructure risks
Demonstrated experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives
Additional Qualifications
The following will also be considered:
Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure lifecycle programs, including hardware evergreening, and integration of cloud-native technologies across hybrid environments
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale network security projects, including firewall architecture modernization, cloud-based segmentation, and Zero Trust implementations
Demonstrated knowledge of the Bank's functions and core business processes
