Summary: The role of Senior Project Engineer involves providing project support in the Distillery, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries. The position requires experience in delivering engineering projects, including specifying and procuring mechanical equipment, and supporting the engineering team with technical queries and project management. Candidates must have a background as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager in a design office or engineering consultancy. My client has had an increase in work so requires more project support.
You will be covering projects in the Distillery, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries and my client is ideally looking for someone with similar industry experience, delivering engineering projects.
There will be some specifying and procuring mechanical equipment involved along with supporting the engineering team, checking quotes and technical queries as well as project management.
Previous experience working as a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager covering engineering projects and working in a design office / engineering consultancy is essential.
