Key Responsibilities
- Support and co-ordinate a broad portfolio of projects across Children's Services.
- Assist in designing and improving services that deliver positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners and community groups.
- Support the development of strategies, reports and service reviews.
- Analyse data and evaluate service performance to inform decision-making.
- Organise meetings, workshops and consultations, producing clear documentation and action plans.
- Maintain oversight of key priorities, risks and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience supporting or delivering projects within local government, children's services, education, social care, safeguarding or related public sector environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of professionals and community partners.
- Experience in service improvement, strategy development, programme co-ordination, performance monitoring or project management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, report-writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
