Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of a multi-year Oracle Fusion implementation, ensuring programme objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across business and IT, providing transparency, governance, and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee programme planning, risk management, financial control, and reporting to executive steering committees.
  • Drive integration between Oracle Fusion modules and legacy/enterprise systems, ensuring business readiness and operational continuity.
  • Build and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, including vendor, SI partners, and internal resources.
  • Establish and enforce programme governance, controls, and assurance in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage business change, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or Oracle Fusion programmes, ideally in the utilities, energy, or regulated industries.
  • Track record in senior programme management, delivery leadership, or portfolio management roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at Executive and Board level.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-year transformation programmes with business, technology, and cultural change components.
