Summary: The Senior Programme Manager (Anaplan) will lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Anaplan platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency. This role requires strong programme management skills and experience in enterprise system implementations, particularly Anaplan. The position is high-visibility and directly impacts strategic planning and decision-making across the organization. The role is based in Paddington, requiring three days on-site work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Anaplan, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-deployment support.
- Own the Anaplan platform: drive adoption, maintain data integrity, and oversee system governance and enhancements.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and external partners to align Anaplan with business needs and processes.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and driving alignment.
- Deliver projects to time, scope, and budget using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Champion continuous improvement of planning capabilities across the organisation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing enterprise system implementations, specifically Anaplan.
- Strong background in programme management (PMO certifications a plus – e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Confident working with cross-functional teams including finance, technology, and operations.
- Experience working with external vendors or consultancies to deliver system projects.
- A strategic thinker who also thrives on detail and delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and senior stakeholder management skills.
