Summary: The role of Programme Manager - Data involves leading a data remediation programme for a global client with approximately 6000 users. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data remediation programmes to fix data issues.
- Manage third-party vendors, including TCS and Deloitte, to drive remediation efforts.
- Enhance data governance and custodianship concepts within business units.
- Focus on customer data across disparate ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
- Utilize expertise in data domains such as Customer, Supplier, and Product.
- Support analytics initiatives to exploit improved data.

We are working with a Global client with around 6000 users who is looking for a Data Programme Manager with the following experience -
- Expertise in Data Domains, including Customer, Supplier, and Product
- Very experienced in driving remediation programmes for fixing data
- Managing 3rd parties (TCS and Deloitte in this case) to drive the remediations, with support from SMEs in the business
- Understands data architecture and technology, but is primarily a strong delivery lead that can get stuff done
- Initial focus of the role will be on Customer data that is across disparate ERP, CRM and ecomm systems
- Business units have immature data governance and custodianship concepts and so that will also need enhanced as we fix the data
- Any experience with Analytics and how they can exploit improved data would be beneficial
