- Implement and tailor Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban to meet team needs.
- Promote continuous improvement in team velocity, quality, and overall performance.
- Design and maintain Jira dashboards to track sprint health, epic burndown, and throughput.
- Automate reporting processes and extract actionable insights from Jira and Confluence data.
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Translate technical progress into clear business impact for diverse audiences.
- Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, maintaining effective mitigation plans.
- Track and coordinate dependencies across multiple portfolios to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Skills:
