Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a portfolio of Change programmes across the business and digital space.
  • Deliver quality change across technology-driven programmes and BAU initiatives.
  • Oversee programme scoping, planning, and people management.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Manage financial aspects of the programmes.

  • 10+ years of programme management experience in General Insurance.
  • Significant Change & Transformation Programme background.
  • Impressive stakeholder and supplier management skillset.
  • Proven people management abilities.
  • Highly strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Experience in General Insurance (essential).

Salary (Rate): £800 per day

Senior Programme Manager – General Insurance

Our General Insurance client requires an extremely talented Senior Programme Manager who can support a portfolio of Change programmes across the business and digital space. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Transformation professional to support a great team with business-critical projects. The Senior Programme Manager will have a hands-on approach to the role, while also fulfilling an overseeing leadership position. The focus will be on delivering quality change across technology driven programmes as well as considering BAU initiatives. This role will encompass Programme scoping, planning and people management, as well as financial management and senior stakeholder and supplier engagement.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of programme management experience in General Insurance
  • Significant Change & Transformation Programme background

  • Highly strategic and also hands-on approach

Rate: £800 per day

Outside IR35

Duration: 3-6 months initial
