Senior Product Owner2-year contractInside IR35 - 675 per day Greenwich, London - 2 days per week onsiteWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of the Data Foundation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backlog development, agile practices, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality data and analytics systems using the Azure tech stack. This role requires exceptional communication, organisational, and risk management skills, with a focus on optimizing delivery flow and enhancing product processes.The ideal candidate should have the following key knowledge:Lead the development and continuous refinement of the product backlog, gathering requirements from stakeholders and transforming them into effective user stories. Demonstrate delivered functionality and collect feedback to further enhance the product.Balance competing tasks and demands, ensuring that all assigned development teams have a consistent flow of requirements to maintain continuous progress.Lead and facilitate effective refinement sessions with development teams, providing necessary input and preparation to ensure successful outcomes.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively with non-technical stakeholders to define and prioritize features, refine scope, and gather story requirements and acceptance criteria.Act as a key point of contact for multiple teams and stakeholders, providing prioritization of demands, answering questions, and ensuring efficient communication to avoid delays in delivery.Actively listen, negotiate, and manage conflicts to determine scope and prioritisation for teams.Collaborate with stakeholders and technical roles to identify problems, determine solutions, and manage the delivery of an integrated product across multiple development teams and technologies.Quickly identify product-related risks, propose suitable mitigations, and coordinate with dependent product areas.
