We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager – a strategic marketing leader ready to help us write the next chapter. We are open to considering permanent or fixed-term contracts for up to 12 months. This is a high-profile role with scope, visibility and real career potential. In some companies, it might be packaged as a Marketing Controller – here, it’s a springboard into a Marketing Director role. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic product portfolio, driving growth through sharp consumer insight, bold strategy and flawless execution. You’ll bring curiosity, creativity and commercial acumen - combining a deep understanding of people with the discipline of data. From shaping brand strategy and leading cross-functional teams, to working with world-class creative agencies and delivering innovation to market, you’ll play a central role in strengthening our brands and unlocking new opportunities. Location. Being in the office every single day is a thing of the past. Here at McCain, we champion hybrid working. This means we don’t have a set expectation of exactly when you need to be in the office - however we do encourage our full-time, office-based people to connect in person weekly, as that’s the best way for us to build and maintain our connections. Our head office (Customer Experience Centre) is on the outskirts of Scarborough - 1.5 hours away from Leeds City Centre, and about an hour from York. We have lots of colleagues who travel to and from our Experience Centre (even if it is just for a good coffee!) and because hybrid really does mean hybrid at McCain, they get the opportunity to collaborate with their colleagues when they’re in the office, and balance that with working from home to ensure they get a good life-work balance.
