Summary: Amach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of airline line maintenance as part of a group-wide MRO transformation programme. The role involves overseeing the strategy, delivery, and adoption of four AI-enabled products aimed at enhancing cost effectiveness and operational performance. The position requires a strong background in product management within complex environments, particularly in aviation MRO. The role necessitates a blend of technical understanding and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for four AI-enabled solutions, from vision through delivery and adoption
- Driving productivity improvements and cost savings, securing commitment from airline and operational stakeholders
- Defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritisation in line with business objectives
- Working closely with engineering, data, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Managing change and overcoming barriers to group-wide rollout across complex organisational structures
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in product management within complex enterprise or transformation-led environments
- Strong background delivering digital or AI-enabled products, ideally within aviation MRO or operational domains
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes in high-velocity programmes
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application

Amach is hiring a Senior Product Manager on behalf of our customer to lead the transformation of airline line maintenance as part of a group-wide MRO transformation programme. The role focuses on the strategy, delivery, and adoption of four AI-enabled products designed to improve cost effectiveness, productivity, and operational performance across line maintenance functions.
Onsite requirement: 3 days per week at our customer’s office in Waterside, London
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in product management within complex enterprise or transformation-led environments
- Strong background delivering digital or AI-enabled products, ideally within aviation MRO or operational domains
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes in high-velocity programmes
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, engineers, and operational teams
