This is £88 per hour Inside IR35 Umbrella (£704 per day), 40 hours per week

This is a freelance contract for 6 months initially, with a view to extend

Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Manchester office

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Extensive experience (5-8 years) in product management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex products or portfolios
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft and communicate a clear product vision
• Expertise in developing long-term roadmaps and aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around common goals
• Data fluency with a solid understanding of KPIs, experimentation, and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Customer-centric mindset, adept at uncovering user needs through research and translating insights into actionable outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating organisational complexity and managing expectations at all levels
• Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure seamless product delivery

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with sophisticated analytical or experimentation techniques
• Knowledge of user experience design principles
• Involvement in community contributions, mentorship, or cross-team knowledge sharing

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, with exposure to organisational and technical complexities

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies
• Willingness to contribute to community initiatives and internal training programs
• Comfort in engaging with leadership and external partners
