Summary: The Senior Custody Product Manager will leverage expert knowledge to enhance HSBC Securities Services, focusing on product management and client satisfaction. This role involves leading the development of custody functions, managing client improvement plans, and representing HSBC in custody matters. The position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in innovation and leadership within a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing development of the Custody product management functions in line with agreed strategic objectives.
• Be the Custody Product knowledge expert globally internally and externally.
• Drive and manage the products to improve the overall profitability of Securities Services and enhance client experience.
• Manage the custody side of any Client Improvement Plans.
• Grow and maintain the overall assets under custody of HSBC Securities Services while promoting client satisfaction, digitization, scalability, and innovation.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the global securities services market.
• Represent HSBC externally and internally with authority in matters relating to Custody.
• Contribute to the wider development and management of the Product and its team members as part of the Custody Product Management Team.
