Summary: A Senior Product Manager is needed to lead product strategy and delivery for a significant business transformation initiative within an Agile framework. The role involves managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. This position is based in either London or Manchester and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with Product Owner responsibilities.

- Experience with Lead to Cash (L2C) and Concept to Market (C2M) processes.
- Experience in the Security and/or SD-WAN domain is ideal.
- Strong backlog management experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to develop product strategy and manage the product lifecycle.
- Commercially minded with strategic planning skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Leadership and line management experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams.

This role will be responsible for shaping product roadmaps, managing backlogs, defining user stories and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value, customer-focused solutions.
The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and driving products through the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with hands-on Product Owner responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery
- Experience with Lead to Cash (L2C) and Concept to Market (C2M) processes
- Ideally, experience within the Security and/or SD-WAN domain
- Strong backlog management experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps and managing the product lifecycle
- Commercially minded with strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills
- Proven stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
