Senior Product Manager

Summary: The Senior Product Manager role is a 6-month contract position focused on leading and managing multiple product lines within a complex product area. The position involves mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding teams through the product lifecycle while ensuring alignment with policy and user needs. The role requires a hybrid working arrangement with occasional on-site presence in London. This position is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple product lines or a high-risk, complex product area.
• Line manage and mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet policy and user needs.
• Guide teams through the full product lifecycle - from discovery to live service.
• Facilitate workshops and ceremonies in line with agile ways of working.
• Oversee delivery planning, prioritisation, and roadmap alignment.
• Be involved in hiring and shaping the product function as it scales.
• Collaborate with programme teams and contribute to programme-level planning.
