Summary: The Senior Product Manager-Digital Adoption role is a strategic position focused on developing and executing a digital adoption strategy for self-serve experiences within a leading organization. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end delivery of initiatives, and continuous improvement of customer engagement metrics. The position is hybrid, requiring minimal on-site presence, and offers a competitive daily rate. This contract role is initially for six months with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear adoption strategy for digital self-serve experiences.
- Develop a roadmap for the adoption journey, including milestones, measures, and success metrics.
- Identify and track KPIs such as containment and adoption rates.
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans covering product features, customer journeys, design interventions, and communication plans.
- Work closely with product design, technology teams, and marketing and communications.
- Drive coordinated delivery to improve customer experience and channel shift.
- Lead initiatives to reduce reliance on telephony channels and increase adoption of digital self-serve options.
- Define engagement strategies to improve customer uptake and usage of digital channels.
- Establish metrics to track adoption and customer engagement.
- Continuously monitor and optimise adoption performance over time.
- Manage relationships with product teams, marketing and communications teams, and AI/product teams supporting digital experiences.
