Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own a clear digital adoption strategy and roadmap, including milestones, success metrics, and KPIs such as containment and adoption rates
  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital adoption initiatives, translating strategy into actionable product features, customer journeys, design interventions, and communication plans
  • Lead channel shift initiatives to reduce customer reliance on telephony and increase uptake of digital self-serve options
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and AI teams to drive coordinated delivery and improved customer experience
  • Monitor and continuously optimise adoption performance through data analytics and reporting
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decision-making across multiple functions

Senior Product Manager (Digital Adoption) - 6-Month Contract - Windsor

Contracting role based in Windsor (Hybrid, 1 day in office per week) for a 6-month engagement. You will lead the strategy and execution to drive customer adoption of digital self-serve channels, shifting engagement away from traditional telephony towards digital-first experiences for a major consumer-facing business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and own a clear digital adoption strategy and roadmap, including milestones, success metrics, and KPIs such as containment and adoption rates
  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital adoption initiatives, translating strategy into actionable product features, customer journeys, design interventions, and communication plans
