Summary: The role of Senior Product Designer UI/UX involves defining and delivering a refined visual direction for a product aimed at enhancing user experience. The designer will work on early explorations, establish high-quality UI standards, and collaborate closely with the Design System designer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the visual direction for our product UI, making sure it feels aligned with our brand and distinctly high quality
  • Take existing explorations and push them further, bringing clarity, consistency and a stronger point of view
  • Design a small number of key screens and flows that set the standard for the rest of the product
  • Explore interaction and motion to bring the experience to life, not just make it look good
  • Work closely with our Design System designer so you're thinking feeds directly into scalable components and patterns
  • Share your perspective openly, explaining your decisions and helping the team align around a clear direction

We've recently launched a new brand platform, already in use across our consumer-facing channels. Now, we're looking to elevate our product to match, creating a more refined, cohesive, and aspirational experience for our users.

We're looking for an exceptional UI-focused Product Designer to define and deliver this step change. You'll take early explorations from the team, refine and challenge them, and establish a clear, high-quality visual direction for the product.

This is an exciting opportunity to help define what "great" looks like for a product used by millions of people.
