Summary: The role of Senior Product Designer UI/UX involves defining and delivering a refined visual direction for a product aimed at enhancing user experience. The designer will work on early explorations, establish high-quality UI standards, and collaborate closely with the Design System designer. This position offers an opportunity to influence the design of a product used by millions, ensuring alignment with the brand's aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the visual direction for our product UI, making sure it feels aligned with our brand and distinctly high quality
- Take existing explorations and push them further, bringing clarity, consistency and a stronger point of view
- Design a small number of key screens and flows that set the standard for the rest of the product
- Explore interaction and motion to bring the experience to life, not just make it look good
- Work closely with our Design System designer so you're thinking feeds directly into scalable components and patterns
- Share your perspective openly, explaining your decisions and helping the team align around a clear direction
Key Skills:
- A portfolio that shows real strength in UI craft. Work that feels thoughtful, polished and intentional
- Experience designing consumer products (mobile or complex web apps), not just marketing sites
- Someone who can balance ambition with realism, pushing quality without losing sight of what can actually be built

We're looking for an exceptional UI-focused Product Designer to define and deliver this step change. You'll take early explorations from the team, refine and challenge them, and establish a clear, high-quality visual direction for the product.
