Summary: The Senior Product Designer will focus on enhancing existing subscription journeys and developing new ones, ensuring a seamless user experience. Key deliverables include validating ideas through research, creating interactive prototypes, and supporting engineering teams during implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong UI and UX skills, particularly in subscription models, to contribute effectively from day one. Experience in FinTech is a plus, but candidates from other industries are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- The work is around subscriptions, enhancements around existing journeys and developing new journeys (adding new subscription types and products).
- Validating ideas and designs through research.
- Creating interactive prototypes and designs ready for development.
- Supporting engineering teams while they are building produced designs and flows to ensure the implemented experience in production.
Key Skills:
- Generalist product designer with a good combination of UI and UX skills focused on problem solving.
- T-shaped designer who understands research enough to incorporate it into the UX.
- Strong UX expertise with relevant experience in their portfolio.
- Experience working on subscription models/tiers.
- UI experience is a plus, but UX skills are more important.
