This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create reusable UI components, maintain Figma libraries, and ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility across the platform. You’ll also play a key role in helping teams adopt the design system—providing clear guidance, practical documentation, and real support to make it easy to use. Alongside this, you’ll experiment with AI tools to improve areas like prototyping, accessibility, and workflow efficiency. They are looking for someone with strong experience in design systems within enterprise environments, deep Figma expertise, and a solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG).
