About Orbit29

Orbit29 is a digital health consultancy combining design, product thinking, and creativity to build game changing health and wellbeing products. We focus on sustainable and ethical design, backed by behavioural health expertise, to deliver measurable impact.

Job overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Consultant (Growth & Partnerships), someone who can bridge the worlds of consulting, delivery, and strategy. You’ll help shape Orbit29’s growth by identifying opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and guiding clients through the early stages of product definition and delivery. You’ll work closely with our founders, product strategists, and delivery leads to shape opportunities that align with our mission, while contributing directly to our projects and growth initiatives.

Your role

  • Shape Orbit29’s growth strategy - Identify areas where Orbit29 can add the most value, prioritise new sectors and partners, and guide our approach to growth.
  • Build strategic partnerships - Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders across universities, charities, and health organisations. Understand their challenges and co-create solutions.
  • Shape and scope solutions - Lead discovery sessions, define project outcomes, and translate partner needs into clear proposals, statements of work, and delivery plans.
  • Own and guide the opportunity pipeline - Manage new opportunities from first conversation through to project kick-off, ensuring alignment between what’s promised and what’s delivered.
  • Contribute to delivery - Support project teams during early stages of delivery (e.g. shaping strategy, facilitating workshops, reviewing deliverables) to ensure impact and continuity.
  • Represent Orbit29 externally - Join events, webinars, and showcases to share our work, perspectives, and grow our network in meaningful ways.

About you

You’re a consultant at heart, comfortable moving between strategy, delivery, and relationship building. You’ve probably worked in a digital consultancy, design agency, or product studio, and you know how to shape opportunities grounded in real delivery experience. You’ll do well here if:

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in digital consulting, product management, project management or client strategy.
  • Have led product or digital transformation projects from discovery to delivery.
  • Can scope and define digital solutions, blending commercial awareness with delivery realism.
  • Are confident in working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
  • Are self-directed, collaborative, and motivated by meaningful impact in health and wellbeing.
  • Have experience in Health Tech or Health Non-profits

Don’t meet all of these? We still want to hear from you if you think you match 70% or more of this job description and have a few years of industry experience. Tell us why we need to chat with you!

Working environment

Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid/remote role. Based anywhere in the UK or Europe, with in-person sessions in London 2–3 times a year. Manage your own schedule — apart from one weekly team meeting and client sessions within standard working hours, the rest is up to you. We work sustainably, support each other, and value transparency and trust.

Join our team

As part of Orbit29, you'll contribute to transformative health and wellbeing products, in an environment that values inclusivity, and is aware of systemic biases. We’re a diverse team ourselves and we know that the more diverse we are, the better we are at solving problems, learning from one another and gaining important different perspectives. We encourage applications from womxn, First Nations peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIAP+ people, people from diverse linguistic backgrounds, and non-binary folx. We’re focused on having an environment where you can do your best work. You do not have to have a degree to work with us; we’re looking for active experience in this field.

Next steps

Our process is simple and transparent - no unpaid work, no long wait times. It usually takes 1–2 weeks for both sides to decide. Intro chat with one of our founders to explore your experience and the types of projects you’d work on. Product and growth interview with the wider team. You’re also welcome to meet anyone else in the team before deciding — we believe in mutual fit. You are also welcome to request additional conversations with anyone you would like to meet, but didn’t get to meet during the interview process, before you make your decision.
