Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of procurement systems and tools.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure procurement systems align with broader tech roadmaps and future ERP platforms.
- Define and manage service levels with system vendors, identifying and implementing enhancements.
- Drive adoption of digital tools across procurement and ensure stakeholders receive adequate training.
- Lead, coach and develop a small team, nurturing talent and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, finance, legal, risk, and sustainability to embed best practices.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience implementing and optimising procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of system integration across procurement, finance, ERP, and data platforms to enable Source-to-Pay and SRM processes.
- Proven track record in leading procurement system rollouts, upgrades or transformations.
- Ability to align technical solutions with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Experience with governance, access control, compliance and data quality within procurement systems.
- Experience developing and delivering user training and onboarding programs.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Working knowledge of major ERP systems such as SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA.
