Summary: The Senior Procurement Process and Governance Manager role involves supporting the harmonization and simplification of procurement processes within a leading aerospace company. The position requires compliance with quality standards and the implementation of a Quality Management System, while also managing internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall Procurement processes & governance harmonization and simplification.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Procurement processes in line with business needs and quality rules.
- Analyze the As-Is Situation on Organization, Governance, Process.
- Propose a To-Be QMS (Quality Management System) based on business requirements and best practices.
- Write, manage, and analyze Business Requirements and Points of Vigilance.
- Adhere to contractual requirements including external standards such as ISO14001, ISO9001.
- Manage or create an Organization Manual, Policy, Code of Conduct.
- Implement a Continuous Improvement methodology.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Act as project Manager/leader to create best-in-class processes through project management methods and tools.
- Define and implement PMO-like setup at domain, process, and topic levels.
- Support and follow the process maturity roadmap.
- Support strategic vision and roadmap of processes.
- Provide consistent information through dashboards, visual management, and other status reports.
Key Skills:
- ISO9001 background/training/certification in QMS.
- Contracts or Legal experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in an international team.
- High level of autonomy, drive, and reactivity in documentation and process management.
- Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude.
- Team player with the ability to establish a strong network within Procurement.

Job overview
Support the overall Procurement processes & governance harmonization and simplification
Ensure that the Procurement processes are compliant and continuously improved in line with business needs and quality rules.

Act as project Manager / leader to create state-of-the-art and best-in-class processes through the application of project management processes, methods and tools as well as the management and coordination of the relevant Process Management Teams (PMTs)
Define and implement PMO like set up at domain level, process level, topic level
Support and follow the process maturity roadmap
Support strategic vision and roadmap of processes
Provide consistent information through dashboard, visual management and other status reports & efficient communication means
Skills/Experience -.
ISO9001 background / training / certification in QMS
Contracts or Legal experience will be a plus
Ability to work in an international team
High level of autonomy, drive and reactivity (we are offering empowerment and not micro-management) in technical or organizational documentation and process management
Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
Team player and ability to establish a strong network within Procurement to obtain expert advice
Please note this role is inside IR35 and rates shown are Umbrella per hour based on a 35 hour week. 12 month initial contract possible extension.
Working across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion) 60% of your time will be worked onsite.
