Summary: The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for establishing and driving the strategic direction for outsourced contact centre providers across the UK and Ireland. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe to optimize supplier partnerships and achieve long-term business objectives. The manager will lead complex agreements, negotiate with vendors, and implement effective stakeholder management strategies. The position is hybrid, based in West London, and focuses on delivering cost savings and efficiencies in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex agreements that form part of the UK&I CSG/Contact Centre landscape.
  • Engage with Group wider team to deliver the wider Group targets.
  • Come up with your own ideas on how client can best leverage our partners to become more efficient and drive cost reductions.
  • Manage source to contract process for services in this area.
  • Lead on negotiations with new and incumbent vendors.
  • Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address.
  • Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management.
  • Work closely with Procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the US.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the factors, dynamics, and challenges across the category to structure, establish, and drive category strategies.
  • Lead associated category initiatives, including understanding and communicating industry trends, selecting vendors, and driving negotiations.
  • Develop and manage an ecosystem of strategic suppliers to achieve optimal partnerships.
  • Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends.
  • Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management.
  • Work closely and proactively with the business to identify new savings opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Drive standardized and centralized reporting and support relevant category initiatives.
  • Build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships across client to ensure clear alignment between procurement and wider business planning.

Job Description:

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will leverage the depth and breadth of your industry expertise to establish and drive the strategic direction for all outsourced contact centre providers across the UK & Ireland region.The role will involve cross-functional partnerships across Europe, leveraging our global scale to drive optimal commercials, supplier partnerships, innovation, and establish deals that meet the long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities:-

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex agreements that form part of the UK&I CSG/Contact Centre landscape.
  • Engage with Group wider team to deliver the wider Group targets.- Come up with your own ideas on how client can best leverage our partners to become more efficient and drive cost reductions.
  • Manage source to contract process for services in this area.- Lead on negotiations with new and incumbent vendors- Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address.
  • Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management (eg, balanced scorecards, review mechanism)

  • This experience will enable you to lead associated category initiatives (such as RFx), including understanding and communicating industry trends, selecting vendors and driving associated negotiations at the most senior level both internally and externally, and executing optimal con-tracts.
  • Develop and manage an ecosystem of strategic suppliers to achieve optimal partnerships to drive and deliver tangible results.- Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends.-
  • Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management, leveraging synergy opportunities across the wider organization with a vigorous approach towards TCO.
  • Work closely and proactively with the business to identify new savings opportunities and efficiencies across managed spend. Drive standardized and centralized reporting (eg pricing, volumes, spend, savings, contracts, quarterly business reviews, etc.), sup-port relevant category initiatives and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive global contracting across client.-
  • Have the ability to interface and influence across categories and companies. Build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships across client to ensure clear alignment between procurement and wider business planning.
