Summary: The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee procurement processes for a public sector client in Leeds, working on a hybrid basis for an initial 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage open procurement processes in regulated environments.
- Apply knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23 throughout procurement activities.
- Lead projects from Outline Business Case (OBC) to award under PA23.
- Develop business cases (OBC/FBC) effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure commercial acumen.
- Communicate effectively and make informed decisions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently for procurement tasks.
- Implement risk management strategies in procurement.
Key Skills:
- Open procurement in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23.
- Experience from OBC to award under PA23.
