Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, codes, and standards.
- Producing calculations, analyses, design documents, and technical reports.
- Supervising designers and trainee staff in the production of drawings and engineering models.
- Preparing technical scopes of work and specifications.
- Supporting tender assessments and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting design risk assessments, reviewing design changes, and assessing concessions and technical queries.
- Raising design quality plans and preparing for hazard identification and HAZOP studies.
- Ensuring thorough reviewing, verifying, and approval of all deliverables.
Key Skills:
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant engineering discipline with significant demonstrable experience.
- Membership in a relevant engineering institute or capability of achieving Engineering Council registration.
- Experience leading small teams and managing analysis activities across a range of projects.
- Experience managing engineering scope for projects from concept design through to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
- Broad experience across commercial and defence projects.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
