Summary: My client in Greater London is seeking a Certified Power Platform Developer for a contract role focused on app development and MS Fabric backend. The position requires expertise in creating Microsoft Power Platform "Service Packs" that integrate various data sources into user-friendly applications and dashboards. The developer will play a crucial role in enhancing decision-making processes across the Council. This role offers hybrid working arrangements with one day per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- A certified Power Platform developer for app development and MS Fabric backend.
- Provide expert technical leadership in the design, build and continual improvement of Microsoft Power Platform "Service Packs" that consolidate Finance, HR, Contracts, Risk and Service performance data into intuitive Power Apps and analytical dashboards.
- Enable decision makers across the Council to access timely insight, drive efficiency and evidence outcomes.
- Priorities include process efficiencies, customer contact and channel shift, contract management and compliance, spend control and analysis, HR intelligence and controls, risk and change management, income analysis and costing of traded services.
Key Skills:
- Local Government experience with Power Platform is essential.
- Appropriate Power Platform Certifications.
- Appropriate knowledge of MS Fabric.
