Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Work with Snowflake to source, manipulate, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the ongoing migration from Legacy systems to Snowflake, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation.
• Build robust data pipelines and transformation logic to support Excel-based tools and Power BI integration.
• Champion data quality and governance practices across the team.
• Act as a consultant to business units, helping them understand and adopt BI solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and offshore resources.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level Power BI: Proven experience building complex, scalable dashboards and data models.
• Strong SQL & Snowflake: Ability to write efficient queries, join/enrich datasets, and manage data transformations.
• Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator who can engage with business users, gather requirements, and drive conversations.
• Data Quality Awareness: Understanding of data reconciliation, validation, and trust-building in BI processes.
• Self-Starter: Able to operate independently, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions without hand-holding.
