Summary: You will be instrumental in the Business Information Transformation programme, focusing on enhancing the client's data-driven capabilities through advanced analytics and Business Intelligence tools. Your role involves engaging with users to translate their data needs into impactful dashboards and reports, ensuring high-quality data supports service delivery improvements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in Power BI and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The contract is for 6 months and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the user community to understand data analysis requirements.
- Translate business questions into high-impact dashboards and reports.
- Develop and implement a structured data analysis framework.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

By leveraging advanced analytics and Business Intelligence tools, we aim to enhance decision-making, optimise operations, and foster innovation across all departments. As part of this transformation, you will play a critical role in engaging with the user community, translating their data analysis requirement into high-impact dashboards and reports that empower teams with the insights they need to succeed. High-quality, clean, and trusted data is seen as a core enabler for service delivery improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of working with large, complex datasets.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
