Responsibilities
- Maintain integrated portfolio and programme roadmaps, milestones and critical paths.
- Manage portfolio governance, RAID, dependencies, actions and decision tracking.
- Produce clear reporting and governance papers for CIO and senior leadership forums.
- Support resource and capacity planning across multiple workstreams.
- Track programme finances, benefits, delivery performance and agreed outcomes.
- Coordinate inputs across Digital, Technology, Finance, HR and operational teams.
- Support business cases, change control and delivery assurance.
- Lead or coordinate a small PMO team and improve reporting standards and ways of working.
- Provide practical support across organisational change and restructuring activity.
Experience required
- Strong experience as a Senior PMO Manager, PMO Lead or Portfolio PMO Manager.
- Experience supporting large Digital, Technology or business transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning, reporting, RAID and dependency management.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and producing executive-level reporting.
- Good understanding of financial tracking, resource planning and benefits management.
- Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
- Exposure to SAFe or Lean Portfolio Management would be useful, although formal certification is not essential.
- Experience within a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
