Senior PMO - Life & Pensions - InsuranceExcellent opportunity for a broadly skilled PMO with Life & Pensions experience to join top Part VII Programme of work.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent and effective PMO management - providing direction, assistance and guidance to the project and programme managers to ensure that necessary governance and controls are in place and that standard procedures are adhered too.Key Responsibilities:Provide direction, guidance and assistance to project teams to ensure standard processes and procedures are followed.Collate and manage portfolio reports/documentation as appropriate eg status reports, plans on a page, portfolio MI, etc.Support key portfolio governance meetings collating reporting packs and taking/circulating actions as necessary.Collate and manage portfolio risks, issues and dependencies ensuring mitigating actions are in placeEnsure that portfolio plans, milestones and resource profiles are accurately maintained.Maintain portfolio financial information (costs and benefits) in order to facilitate financial tracking.Provide expert support, guidance and training to users of PMO tools and processes.Provide support to on-boarding/off-boarding of portfolio team members to ensure process understanding and adherence to the portfolio managementLife Insurance Pensions PMO Senior PMO Project Management Officer
