Summary: The Senior PMO Lead will support a major transformation programme by driving governance, structure, and delivery support across complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Support large-scale transformation programmes with robust PMO governance
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership
- Prepare high-quality board packs and reporting materials
- Carry out project assurance activities across risks, plans, and delivery status
- Ensure consistency in project management standards (Waterfall environment)
- Track multiple priorities across a fast-paced programme landscape
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a PMO role within complex programmes or transformations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior audiences
- Solid understanding of Waterfall project management methodologies
