Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the overall programme plan, including milestones, timelines, dependencies and delivery tracking
  • Coordinate programme governance, including calendars, reporting, and preparation of materials for senior stakeholder meetings
  • Track and report on benefit realisation, ensuring programme outcomes are measurable and aligned to business objectives
  • Support delivery of an AI transformation programme, ensuring alignment between business, technology and external partners
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure clear communication, transparency and delivery discipline

We are supporting a major transformation programme within a large, multi-site B2B organisation undergoing a significant AI-driven transformation across its sales operations.

This role will play a key part in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of a high-impact transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and external consulting partners. The focus is on embedding AI-driven capabilities into day-to-day sales activities across branch networks, with an initial pilot underway and rapid expansion planned across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused PMO role, suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a structured, fast-moving environment.
