Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a PMO Analyst to support an IT Transformation Programme for a FTSE100 client. The role requires a blend of home working and office presence in Reading, with an emphasis on project coordination and financial support. The successful candidate should be ready to start as soon as possible and will work under an umbrella contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project coordination and financial support within a large, complex organisation.
  • Track budgets, manage resources, and prepare financial reports.
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word effectively.
  • Maintain RAID logs, governance documentation, and change control processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a PMO, project coordination, or financial/project support role.
  • Strong understanding of budget tracking and resource management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Whitebridge is looking for a PMO Analyst to join a IT Transformation Programme for our FTSE100 client.

Required experience

  • Proven experience in a PMO, project coordination, or financial/project support role within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of budget tracking, resource management and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Azure DevOps (ADO), SharePoint, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, governance documentation, and change control processes.

The role will be a mix of home working and being in the Reading office 2 days per week. The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP and this will be an umbrella based contract. Direct applicants only please.
