Summary: The Senior PMO Analyst role involves joining a financial regulator on a contract basis to support the organization’s 5-year strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure best practices, governance, and strategic alignment across a portfolio of projects and business initiatives.
- Transform the organization into a data-led regulator, supporting strategically important initiatives.
- Carry out QA on data and materials.
- Provide timely, value-added reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Perform secretariat function for the senior Steering Committee, coordinating board pack materials and taking meeting minutes.
- Support teams with resource planning and reporting, consolidating inputs from cross-functional teams.
- Enhance continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to contribute to the client’s strategy.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a PMO Lead / Senior PMO on large/complex projects or at the portfolio level.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information into executive language.
- Experience as a secretariat for senior project/programme/portfolio level forums, producing high-quality packs and minutes.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects, programmes, or portfolio budgets.
- Knowledgeable in PMO governance, tools, and processes, promoting best practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and project team members.
- PMO certification (e.g., P3O, MoP, PRINCE2) is beneficial.
- Financial Services experience preferred, but not essential.

You will be joining the team contributing to our client’s 5-year strategy, playing a key focus on supporting growth.
What will you be doing:
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will:
- Ensure that best practices, governance and strategic alignment are upheld across a portfolio of projects and business initiatives, providing insightful MI and analysis, empowering decision-makers
- You will be involved in transforming the organisation into a data-led regulator, supporting strategically important initiatives across financial services.
