Summary: The Senior PMO Analyst role is a 6-month contract position focused on driving governance excellence and strategic delivery within the Global Operations Portfolio Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing portfolio reporting, managing internal communications, and ensuring alignment with governance standards. This position requires a proactive approach to tracking project performance and supporting major change initiatives at a global level. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and leading critical PMO services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of PMO frameworks, tools, and processes globally
  • Proactively track and report project performance against TCQ and KPIs
  • Develop executive dashboards, trend analysis, and management insights
  • Manage internal PMO communications and own the functional SharePoint site
  • Provide governance assurance and identify portfolio-wide risks and themes
  • Support resource modelling, prioritisation frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
  • Deputise for the Governance & Assurance Director as required

Key Skills:

  • Proven PMO experience in governance, assurance, and portfolio-level oversight
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills across all levels
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Clarity
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - confident separating insight from noise
  • Team-first mindset, collaborative, and passionate about driving change and value
  • Politically savvy and emotionally intelligent in a global stakeholder environment
  • Nice to have: Certifications: P3O (Foundation/Practitioner), Prince2, AIPMO, BCS

Senior PMO Analyst (6 Month Contract) Rate: £425 - £465 Outside IR35 Location: Leeds (Hybrid) We are looking for a skilled PMO prodessinal ready to drive governance excellence and strategic delivery at a global level! Joining the Global Operations Portfolio Management Office to support major change initiatives andhelping shape the future of our global delivery capability. Reporting into the Global Operations Governance & Assurance Director, you'll play a central role in the successful delivery of global portfolios. You'll champion the use of PMO frameworks, enhance portfolio reporting, and ensure alignment to governance and change standards. As a senior voice in the team, you'll lead on critical services like portfolio reporting, risk oversight, stakeholder comms, and continuous improvement initiatives.
