Summary: This role is for a Senior PMO Analyst specializing in Finance and Procurement, focusing on large-scale transformation projects. The candidate will be responsible for project management support, governance, reporting, and collaboration across multiple teams. Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 tools is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The position is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PMO Support: Provide essential project management support for Finance & Procurement transformation activities.
  • Governance & Reporting: Drive governance and reporting processes, including the creation of weekly status reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, System Integrator PMO, and ePMO, ensuring alignment and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  • Documentation & Tools Management: Manage SharePoint for document control, and use MS Project for scheduling, resource planning, and dependency management.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial forecasting and project budget tracking.
  • Communication: Use Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) for regular communication and reporting.

  • Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role within large-scale transformation programmes.
