Key Responsibilities:
- Drive PMO excellence across a multi-workstream CRM transformation programme.
- Maintain and enhance programme governance (MS Project), reporting, RAID management, and delivery frameworks.
- Partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, providing clear, concise insights and challenging where necessary.
- Lead resource planning and forecasting, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Support financial tracking, budgeting, and benefits realisation activities.
- Coordinate programme milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
- Champion continuous improvement across PMO processes and tooling.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior PMO Analyst or similar role within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of CRM implementations (eg, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and the complexities they bring.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Strong resource management capability across busy, multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Advanced skills in project reporting, Jira, Confluence, governance, RAID management, and PMO tooling.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain high-quality outputs.
