Summary: The Senior Planning & Capacity Manager will lead the PI Planning process across the Product & Technology teams, coaching participants at all levels and ensuring effective capacity planning. This role involves collaborating with the operations team to enhance planning processes and drive continuous improvement. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a large group of stakeholders effectively. The role is based in London with a requirement to be in the office once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the PI Planning process across Product & Technology and stakeholders, ensuring robust preparations and outcomes for over 1400 participants.
  • Build and own a capacity planning process with the Delivery Leadership team.
  • Coach participants of PI Planning at various organizational levels and influence leaders to engage in the process.
  • Gather feedback to refine planning processes and stay informed about industry best practices.
  • Translate PI Planning outcomes into JIRA roadmaps for transparency across Product & Technology.

  • Proven expertise in PI Planning within large organizations and a strong understanding of capacity planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional ability to coach individuals involved in PI Planning across all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a diverse delivery organization.
  • Ability to lead planning sessions and workshops, managing stakeholder alignment and conflict resolution.
