Key Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining and managing detailed project programmes from design through to completion
- Planning and monitoring new-build construction, fit-out and equipment commissioning activities
- Working closely with project managers, contractors, consultants and specialist suppliers
- Tracking progress against approved programmes and identifying potential delays or project risks
- Preparing planning updates, progress reports and schedule analysis for project stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery across pharmaceutical, data centre or complex manufacturing environments
- Reviewing sequencing, dependencies, resources and key project milestones
- Providing planning advice to support effective decision-making and successful project delivery
Job Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior Planner within construction, engineering or capital projects
- Experience of pharmaceutical projects is highly desirable, with complex manufacturing or data centre experience also considered
- Strong project planning and programme management skills
- Understanding of new-build construction, fit-out and equipment commissioning activities
- Ability to analyse project progress, identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project priorities
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Ware three days per week
