Main duties of the job The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the supply pharmacy service through involvement with policy making, working with the multidisciplinary team and by developing the dispensary pharmacy workforce. They will be responsible for the co-ordination of dispensary-based pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure we provide a safe and effective patient-centred pharmacy service. The post holder will play an essential role in continuing to implement improvements and efficiencies following the recent implementation of Electronic Prescribing Medicines and Administration (ePMA) system in BCUHB Central in 2026.
