Key Responsibilities
- Understand performance test requirements and prepare test plans
- Create and update performance test scripts and test data
- Conduct performance test execution and analyse results
- Identify performance bottlenecks and communicate risks to the project team
- Prepare Performance Test Summary reports and capture performance test metrics
- Identify risks and issues, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans
- Produce daily and weekly status reports
- Maintain knowledge repositories
- Own end-to-end performance test delivery for assigned applications
What You Will Ideally Bring
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience delivering non-functional test engagements, covering requirement gathering, workload model preparation, test planning, Scripting (Web HTTP/HTML, TruClient, web services), execution, monitoring, and in-depth results analysis
- Strong experience with Performance Centre, LoadRunner, MuleSoft, Tibco, Mule ESB, and APM tools such as Dynatrace/App Dynamics
- Proven capability setting up performance testing frameworks and standards
- Hands-on experience delivering performance testing across both cloud-based and Legacy environments
