Job Description:
The Client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Developer to support a critical migration project. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently on complex tasks, while also contributing to team efforts when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging, to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
- Ensure seamless integration of software into the ERP environment
- Coordinate software integration activities and maintain technical documentation
- Analyze legacy systems built on the .NET framework, including reverse-engineering business logic and extracting critical data
- Perform standard PeopleSoft development activities
- Document and clearly communicate legacy system logic to project teams and stakeholders
- Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and support project-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on complex assignments
- Experience leading or directing the work of others is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information:
- Flexibility to work off-hours may be required depending on project phases
