Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to maintain employee data and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage the entire payroll process, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports.
- Maintain accurate records and a robust document control system for compliance and audit purposes.
- Stay updated with company policies and tax legislation affecting payroll.
- Prepare month-end journals and reports for posting and audit purposes.
- Prepare and submit CIS submissions.
- Train and oversee junior members of the payroll team.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing multiple payroll clients.
- Ability to generate payroll reports for internal and external users.
- Brightpay experience (not essential).

Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third-party entities. Maintain meticulous records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a full audit trail of input. Stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting payroll, ensuring adherence and compliance at all times. Prepare month-end journals and reports as needed for posting and audit purposes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation. Prepare and submit CIS submissions. Training and overseeing junior members of the payroll team.
