Summary: The role of Senior Oracle HFM Consultant involves supporting the stabilization, simplification, and optimization of the global Oracle Hyperion Financial Management environment for a high-growth global business based in Surrey. This senior position requires both technical and functional expertise in HFM, with a focus on collaboration with Group Finance and managing external delivery partners. The role is a fixed-term contract expected to last 12 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the stabilization, simplification, and optimization of the Oracle HFM environment.
  • Provide technical and architectural leadership in HFM.
  • Partner with functional finance teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders.
  • Manage external HFM delivery partners.

Key Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Oracle HFM, including rules, FX translation, consolidation sequencing, metadata optimization, performance tuning, and FDMEE.
  • Strong experience in partnering with Group Finance in live close-cycle environments.

Salary (Rate): £110,000.00 yearly

I am working with a fantastic high growth global business who are based in Surrey looking for a Oracle HFM expert to support the stabilisation, simplification and optimisation of the global Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) environment.

This is a senior, hands-on technical and functional position requiring deep HFM expertise (including rules, FX translation, consolidation sequencing, metadata optimisation, performance tuning and FDMEE), alongside strong experience partnering with Group Finance in live close-cycle environments. The successful candidate will also act as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders and manage our external HFM delivery partner.

The role is a fixed term contract with likely duration of 12 months and will by working 3 days in office and 2 working from home.
