With a mostly remote working arrangement, you will enjoy the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to a project of national significance.Key Responsibilities:FIA 3: Lead specific workstreams within the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, including Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, or Procurement. Configure and customize applications to meet the unique needs of the government entity. Provide support and training to end-users and ensure successful go-live.FIA 4: Take on more complex and strategic responsibilities, such as overseeing multiple workstreams, designing solution architectures, and ensuring that the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications are seamlessly integrated into the existing IT landscape. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.FIA 5: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the overall direction of the Oracle Fusion implementation. Lead large teams, manage critical issues, and provide high-level strategic advice. Ensure that the solution not only meets but exceeds the expectations of the government entity.Important Note:An Oracle Fusion Consultant does not necessarily need to have a specific FIA grade (3, 4, or 5) as these grades are more about the role s level within the government framework rather than a technical qualification. The Oracle Fusion Consultant role is primarily defined by their technical expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, which includes deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, Financials, and other relevant modules. The FIA levels correspond to the seniority and responsibilities within the project rather than the technical skills themselves.Technical Requirements:Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly in one or more of the following areas: Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, Procurement, or ERP.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, cloud migration strategies, and integration techniques.Proven ability to lead complex Oracle Fusion projects, from design through to implementation and support.Advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management.Oracle certification (OCP, OCE, or higher) is required.Experience with government or public sector projects is highly advantageous.Candidates must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to qualify for security clearance, with a strong preference for those who are already security cleared.Why Join This Project?Impactful Work: Contribute to a project that will transform public services, making a real difference in the lives of millions of citizens.Flexibility: Enjoy a mostly remote working arrangement, with occasional on-site meetings in London.
