Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules for UK clients.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in UK Talent & Career Development, Pension, and Learning processes.
- Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Talent & Career Development/Learning EBS.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and assist in troubleshooting functional problems.
- Ensure complete ownership of the support process and resolve tickets within SLA.
- Utilize knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Fast Formulas.
- Discuss complex technology solutions with diverse audiences and lead customer discussions on integrations and data migrations.
