Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect specializing in Core HR to join our client’s team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Core HR, and experience supporting multi-country implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery, with a willingness to travel up to 75% as required by client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in all phases of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Utilize expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to configure and customize the system to meet client-specific business needs.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of US and Canadian payroll processes, including end-of-year and start-of-year activities.
  • Conduct thorough system testing (SIT/UAT) and provide support to clients during user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to optimize the use of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud updates and new features.

Key Skills:

  • 12-15 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
  • Proven experience working with the Transaction Console.
  • Participation in at least two production support projects and two or more multi-country implementation projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Core HR processes and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of US and Canadian payroll regulations and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
