Summary: A global app is expanding its Safety and Compliance team and seeks a consultant specializing in process improvement within technology and compliance. The role involves managing regulatory updates, evaluating processes for efficiency, and utilizing data to track improvements while ensuring compliance and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests based on regulatory updates, and deliver time-critical changes to the product
- Constantly evaluate current processes, and look to run continuous improvements to increase efficiencies
- Run data-led tracking of processes, and report on results and impact of changes
Key Skills:
- Experience within operational and continuous improvement, ideally with management over projects and able to lead others
- Experience from a highly-regulated industry is highly desirable
- Strong data-analysis is required, including knowledge of SQL
