Senior Network Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver complex network remediation and infrastructure change.
• Coordinate end-of-life and end-of-support network remediation activity.
• Own delivery plans, status reporting, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve high-priority issues affecting delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate the full change lifecycle from pre-change planning and governance through to implementation and closure.
• Drive collaboration across Agile technology teams and ensure delivery remains aligned across the development lifecycle.
• Manage competing priorities and facilitate resolution between stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, delivery schedules and cost controls.
• Maintain delivery governance and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Attend and drive evening, overnight and weekend network changes as required.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Network Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager or similar.
• Proven experience delivering complex network infrastructure, remediation or technology change programmes.
• Good technical understanding of enterprise network environments and the ability to work effectively with Network Engineering teams.
• Experience delivering end-of-life, end-of-support or vendor support remediation would be highly advantageous.
• Strong planning, tracking, reporting and governance experience.
• Proven management of risks, issues and dependencies within complex technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Experience managing technology changes through planning, governance, implementation and closure.
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM/change management experience.
• APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project/delivery management accreditation.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Comfortable supporting and driving out-of-hours change implementations when required.
